2 cups of choppedcantaloupe
3 tbsp. apple cidervinegar
3 tbsp. tablespoon ofhoney
Club soda
Alcohol of your choice(rum or vodka) optional 

Puree the choppedcantaloupe, apple cider vinegar, and honey in a blender. Strain into a measuringcup or bowl, pressing down on solids; discard the solids.

 Divide among 4 Collinsglasses filled with ice and add 2 to 3 ounces of club soda to each.Garnish withcantaloupe balls on skewers.
